Funfettini Birthday Cake Martini
Instead of baking a cake, shake up a round of Funfettini Birthday Cake Martinis to celebrate any birthday in style! This delicious twist on a birthday cake shot is made with vodka, hazelnut liquor, creme de cocoa, lemon juice and club soda. The rainbow nonpareils garnish takes this drink from regular cake to funfetti goodness. Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. vodka
- 1 ½ oz. hazelnut liqueur
- ¾ oz. white creme de cocoa
- ½ oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 oz. club soda
- Lemon wedge
- Rainbow nonpareils for the rim of glasses
Instructions
- Pour the rainbow nonpareils onto a dessert (or regular size) plate. Circle the rim of the martini glasse with the lemon wedge, then dip the glasse onto the nonpariels until the rim is coated.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour in the vodka, hazelnut liquor, white creme de cocoa and lemon juice.
- Shake until chilled and mixed.
- Carefully pour the drink into the martini glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Enjoy immediately.
