Find a sheet pan with a rim. Set it aside. Grab your ingredients, too.
Pour the popcorn onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Add the peanuts, sprinkling on top in an even layer.
Melt the chocolate wafers. Do this in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 60 seconds. Stir to test if all the wafers have melted. Reheat for another 15-second increment if the chocolate has not completely melted.
Drizzle the chocolate onto the popcorn mixture.
Toss to coat, stirring with a spoon or a rubber spatula to distribute the chocolate evenly. Work quickly because the chocolate sets fast.
