Ingredients
2teaspoonsground cinnamon
1teaspoonground ginger
½teaspoonground nutmeg
¼teaspoonground allspice
¼teaspoonground cardamom
⅛teaspoonground star anise
Instructions
Grind all the ingredients first.
Combine in a mason jar, and stir or shake.
Store in a dark, cool place or in your spice cabinet. Use in various fall baked goods!
Notes
This recipe makes about a tablespoon, which is not a ton, but it can easily be doubled/tripled.
