Notes
How to store:Store cooked mashed potatoes in a food-safe, airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.If you want to keep them longer, freeze them. Add them to a freezer-safe airtight container. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating on the stove or in the microwave. If you know ahead of time you will be freezing some or all of the mashed potatoes, leave out the dairy and butter, as they don’t freeze well and can curdle when reheated.
